Kanwarpreet completed his Bachelors of Physiotherapy in India.  He has been successfully registered as a physiotherapist and working in lower mainland since 2015.

Kanwarpreet believes in using a well-rounded approach to physical therapy in order to help his patients achieve their personal goals. This involves using manual therapy, while also providing exercises and education to empower his patients. He has a passion for continuing education and holds certifications in functional dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, craniosacral treatment and manipulation. Kanwarpreet believes using a client-centred approach will help his patients reduce pain, improve function and their overall quality of life. Whether you are looking to rehabilitate your injury, improve your athletic performance or return to work, Kanwarpreet will take the time to listen to you and develop a treatment plan that is best suited for you.

Outside of physiotherapy, Kanwarpreet is passionate about cricket, tennis and loves listening to music.  Kanwarpreet is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Inderpreet completed her Masters of Physiotherapy in Neurology in 2011 from Guru Jambeshwar University in India and her Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2009 from Kurukshetra University. Inderpreet has also completed a two-year diplomate course in Osteopathy from Osteopathic College of Ontario.  Her experience before coming to Canada was primarily in a multi - specialty hospital and private practice.  Through these experiences, she treated all forms of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders such as spinal injuries, ADHD, autism, trigeminal neuralgia, and cerebral palsy.

Inderpreet utilizes advanced craniosacral and physiotherapy techniques. She has a passion for performing manual therapy techniques which help patients in early recovery and healing.  Moreover, she has good experience in treating some menstrual problems in females such as dysmenorrhea, menstrual cramps and irregular periods. She believes in motivating patients to engage in exercises and physical activities to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Hardeep Oberoi graduated with a masters degree in orthopaedic physiotherapy from LPU, India. Hardeep uses her sound clinical reasoning to educate, assess and manage patients with musculoskeletal (muscles/bones/joints/nerves) problems. Integrating IMS into her physiotherapy practice allows her to diagnose and treat the chronic myofascial (muscle/ fascia interface) pain that can be present in the musculoskeletal system in the absence of any obvious signs of injury or inflammation.

Hardeep’s treatment techniques include pelvic floor physiotherapy,vestibular treatment, shockwave, IMS (dry needling)soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, manual therapy, spine and joint mobilization and manipulation, intramuscular stimulation and exercise therapy. Her areas of practice include advanced diagnosis of posture, movement patterns and muscle imbalances which may lead to chronic pain, work and sports injuries as well as treating headaches, neck, shoulder, lower back, hip, knee and ankle disorders. She is trained in pelvic floor physiotherapy, IMS and vestibular rehab.

Gurpreet Kaur, physiotherapist at Apex physiotherapy is known for her passion to work in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation with manual therapy, cupping therapy, dry needling, spinal and peripheral mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue release , active release, taping techniques and exercise therapy and has 9years of practical experience dealing with the patients suffering from movement disorders. Gurpreet is graduated from Guru Nanak dev University, India and has done Masters in Neurology . Her studies are focused on movement analysis, exercise physiology, and injury . Gurpreet is working with patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work injuries, post operative patients, post fracture stiffness, cervicogenic headaches, vestibular issues, orthopedic and neurological disorders. She is also working with pediatric patients and children with postural issues. She is dedicated towards patients recovery and loves to see her clients reach their goals. Since she is working as a kinesiologist as well, she strongly believes that being active and doing strengthening exercises in recovery phase contributes a lot to avoid future injuries. That's why clients come to appreciate her help with recovering. Gurpreet prescribes exercise programs for the clients according to their job demands/work duties and is focused towards the improvement of client's overall endurance. Apart from this she works on analysis of body mechanics and educates her clients for correct body postures and ergonomics.

In her free time she loves to explore new things in the field of physiotherapy and human health . She enjoys spending time with her children and husband and enjoying outdoor activities with them, listening music , singing and trying new foods .
